An experienced real estate development professional, Stephen Reeder has served as CEO of the UCR Group in Redlands, California, for six years. Outside of work, Stephen Reeder is involved in the local community through several philanthropic initiatives, including his support of the Loma Linda University Hospital, which holds regular support events for patients dealing with various medical issues.

Every first Monday of the month, the Pediatric Brain and Spine Tumor (PBST) Support Group serves as a place of support for everyone involved in the care of children suffering from PBST and related conditions. At the group, these caregivers can talk about their everyday struggles and get access to social workers who can offer helpful support resources. The group also plans to bring in doctors involved in PBST care to offer their perspectives.

The second Monday of each month plays host to the Bariatric & Weight Loss Support Group at the hospital. The group is open to individuals across the weight loss spectrum--from those who need to lose weight to those who have already had bariatric surgery. Education about eating habits, exercise, and the pros/cons of weight loss surgery is a featured topic at the group. Both the PBST Support Group and the Bariatric & Weight Loss Support Group are free to attend.
